Project Brief Description of Activities

TRAIN delivers a 6 day mini-diploma to a number of companies under the framework of its partnership with the German Arab Chamber of Commerce, which includes the following:

1.How to prepare the tax return according to the Egyptian accounting standards.
2.How to access the net accounting profit.
3.Processing revenue items in application of the provisions of Law No. 91 of 2005 and its amendments: activity revenues and neutral price - processing long-term contracts with the revenue item.
4.Deductible costs: Bad debts - Tax depreciation - Receivables - Provisions and reserves - Profits and losses.
5.Processing costs are not deductible.
6.How to include tax exemptions in the tax return.
7.Transfer approved losses and deal with the investment law incentives.
8.Access to net tax profit and processing dividends.
9.Submission of tax returns electronically
